Founded in 2024 by Jou Jou Papailler as a subsidiary to
Papailler Creative LLC, Jou Jou Presents added
Winter Wonderland and Waterfront's Most Talented to its already successful WorldFest event (which Jou Jou and his team had been co-producing with the producer and founder Ken Clay for 14 years).
A former collegiate athlete, Jou Jou also added Best Baller and Best Striker to their repertoire, creating the first one on one basketball and soccer competitions for amateurs in the region.
Jou Jou credits much of their success to the hard work and leadership of his Co-director, Colleen Mitchell, as well as his Assistant Director, Nathan Portman. Their dedication and love for community for over a decade has been essential in making
Jou Jou Presents a success.
